Job summary

NSC Global is hiring a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing team. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, Office, and Apple devices at client sites, including printers and peripherals.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, user account support, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues promptly. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering reliable end-user support.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of PC hardware and desktop components.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suites.
• Experience with Apple devices (Mac/iPhone/iPad) and printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic networking concepts and common office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Apple devices, printers and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or similar.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and coordinate with IT teams.
• Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base and audits.
• Assist with asset tracking and inventory of hardware and software.
