Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our team in providing comprehensive desktop and peripheral support across the organization. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, printers, and related peripherals, while ensuring inventory control and adherence to IT standards.

You will diagnose issues, escalate complex problems, and collaborate with other IT staff to deliver timely resolutions in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 7+ years in field preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiar with printers and peripheral equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office, Apple, Mac, iPhones, iPads, and other desktop applications.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Document and track hardware/software inventory and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to tier 3 and coordinate with IT teams.
