Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing team in providing desktop support across Windows and Apple ecosystems. You will install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals while maintaining user accounts and security settings.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Windows OS and Office applications.
Familiarity with Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and peripherals.
Strong TCP/IP knowledge and network hardware experience.
Experience with enterprise backup software and remote management tools.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and peripherals.
Support printers, PCs, laptops, and other authorized equipment.
Maintain user accounts, rights, security, and groups.
Handle hardware repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and coordinate with vendors.
Document repairs and maintain IT records for area of responsibility.
