Job summary

Hotel C Stockholm is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead a vibrant, festive kitchen in the heart of the city. You will mentor line cooks, help develop and execute menus, and ensure a high-energy service that delivers memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of leadership in a kitchen, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Swedish and English, all within a casual, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Kitchen Supervisor or Senior Demi Chef de Partie.
• Proficient in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and collaborate with the supervisor team to run a high-tempo operation.
• Develop and execute tasty, casual-festive menus with strong presentation.
• Manage daily ordering, stock control, waste reduction, and inventory with accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and develop line cooks; maintain a positive, energetic kitchen culture.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
