Job summary

Nordichotels is seeking a passionate Chef/Cook for Hotel C Stockholm, a vibrant city-center venue. This full-time, temporary role requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience, strong English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality dishes with warmth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment while staying organized.
• Professional English required; Swedish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate high-quality dishes that match the festive energy of the venue.
• Execute menu items according to specs, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support a cohesive unit.
• Create memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Maintain an organized, clean workstation and assist with daily prep and portion control.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards and HACCP regulations.
