Job summary

Hotel C Stockholm is seeking a Chef / Cook to join the team in a lively city-center setting. The role involves executing menu dishes with quality and presentation, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will need 1–2 years of line cook or chef de partie experience, a calm, focused demeanor, and strong English language skills (Swedish a plus). This is a full-time, temporary position through the end of 2026.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a line cook or chef de partie in a hotel or busy restaurant
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments and adherence to HACCP standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specs with consistent flavor and presentation
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations
• Create memorable dining experiences for guests through quality plating and flavor
• Maintain organized, clean workstation and assist with daily prep
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards and HACCP regulations
