Job summary

Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, seeks a Client Director to own renewals and upsells for Nexthink’s largest accounts. You will oversee executive relationships and lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services to support our esteemed clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationships.
• Experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales.
• Driven, disciplined and intelligent with the ability to learn quickly and build credibility.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and manage executive relationships.
• Serve as the relationship manager between customers and Nexthink.
• Collaborate with solution teams to design Nexthink-based solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts and deployment of resources.
• Build multi-tier relationships from IT teams to CxO level.
• Develop roadmaps and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
