Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Engagement Lead to manage 25-30 member relationships and collaborate with Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives to drive value for member organizations. You will tailor engagement plans, deliver on-site briefings, and support the member lifecycle from pre-sale to renewal, contributing to regional growth and client success.

The role requires strategic thinking, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work with Gartner Sales to demonstrate value

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Ability to develop and execute engagement plans aligned with product strategy.
• Strong communication with senior leaders across client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25-30 member relationships and assist in account planning with Gartner leaders and executives.
• Leverage Gartner assets to help members achieve Mission Critical Priorities.
• Create service solutions for multi-member accounts and deliver innovative engagements.
• Define on-site briefings and customized engagement plans for key initiatives.
• Support member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, delivery, renewal and retention.
