Job summary

Hive Streaming seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive in Stockholm to win new business and nurture a focused portfolio of enterprise clients. You will own the entire commercial process, from first outreach to signed agreements, coordinating with Solutions Engineering, Product and partners to create compelling business cases.

You will build a robust pipeline, navigate long cycles with senior stakeholders, and drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across organizations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in enterprise software or technology sales.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate; hybrid office in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers and grow a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Own the commercial process from first conversation to close.
• Build pipeline and lead complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product and partners.
• Forecast and maintain a reliable Salesforce pipeline.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior leaders.
