Job summary

Nagarro is looking for a Client Growth Partner in Sweden to drive client growth in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. This role requires a combination of entrepreneurial sales leadership and deep consultative engagement, managing a revenue target and developing client relationships.

Successful candidates will have over 10 years of experience in consulting or technology services, managing relationships with senior clients, and have a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, technology services, or account management.
• Experience managing senior client relationships including C-level.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business within Industrial and Manufacturing.
• Build senior client relationships and understand their business models.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in existing accounts.
