Victaulic seeks an Operational Specialist to ensure smooth order processing and to manage complexities across the DACH region. You will coordinate cross-department activities to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes precise workflow, data integrity, and proactive communication with Sales, Support, and Supervisors to maintain high customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of order processing workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems and documentation management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Languages: German & English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all order-related inquiries and end-to-end order processing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor backorders, delivery delays, and provide timely customer notifications on lead times.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests using established procedures.
• Identify and report order-related problems or system deficiencies to supervisors/managers.
• Maintain customer master data and related documentation per procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability by adhering to policies.
• Assist in tasks and projects assigned by Customer Care Supervisor or Manager.
