Job summary

Victaulic in Sweden is seeking a Quotes & Product Specialist to be the primary contact for Polish customers, ensuring a high-quality experience through accurate information sharing and efficient handling of product and order inquiries. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on business needs.

You will develop customer relationships, process quotation requests, support sales, and maintain customer master data in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong MS Office and CRM/ERP system knowledge.
• Accuracy in data handling.
• Stress-resistant, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Languages: Polish & English, and preferably Swedish

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers and coordinate product and order inquiries.
• Develop and improve CRM focus with internal and external customers.
• Process quotation requests and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting products and identify sales opportunities.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests using established procedures.
• Support Sales with customer-oriented requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability by following policies.
• Maintain customer master data and related documentation.
• Assist in tasks and projects assigned by Customer Care leadership.
