Job summary

Newr AB is seeking an Operations Specialist to strengthen sales operations, ensure data quality across our systems, and support renewal governance and margin visibility. The role will coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and HR, reporting to the VP Operations, and will be based in our Lund office with a hybrid work setup.

You’ll optimize CRM and ERP processes, improve administrative workflows, and empower account managers and project teams to focus on customers and growth.

About the Role

As our Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in improving sales productivity, delivery control, data quality, renewal governance, and margin visibility by centralizing operational administration. You'll support our Sales, Service, Finance, and HR teams by owning operational processes, maintaining data quality across our business systems, and ensuring administrative activities run consistently and efficiently — freeing up our Account Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, Customer Success, and leadership teams to focus on customers, delivery, and growth.

You will report to VP Operations and work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, Account Managers, Project Managers, Service leadership, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
