Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Support, or Data Administration.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system.
• Prepare ERP-based reports and reconcile sales and order data.
• Develop dashboards and analyze sales performance.
