Job summary

Hultafors Group is seeking a CRM Application Specialist to strengthen our CRM landscape across the Group. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to ensure CRM supports growth, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

You will configure, maintain, and improve CRM solutions, support integrations, and contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training. The role is based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden, with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms in a support or application management role.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
• Experience with application configuration, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM solutions and related applications.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot incidents.
• Support integrations between CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics platforms, and other business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in projects, testing activities, upgrades, and new CRM initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
• Work closely with vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities across the Group.
• Help ensure data quality and alignment with Master Data and Data Governance principles.
