Job summary

Hultafors Group in Gothenburg/Stockholm seeks an Application Specialist ERP to strengthen and develop our ERP landscape, ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and efficient use of ERP across the Group.

You will configure, support, and optimize ERP solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders and IT, participate in upgrades and release management, and help drive value through process improvements and strong documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with ERP platforms in a support, specialist, consulting or application management role.
Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement or Logistics processes.
Experience with application configuration, incident management and process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good English communication.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions and related business applications.
Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex incidents and problems.
Support integrations and data flows between ERP and surrounding systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvements.
Participate in system upgrades, testing activities, and release management.
Create and maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and procedures.
Work closely with vendors and implementation partners.
Drive continuous improvements that increase stability, usability, and business value.
