Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP platforms in a support or application management role.
• Understanding of Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Logistics processes.
• Experience with configuration, incident management, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions and related business applications.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex incidents and problems.
• Support integrations and data flows between ERP and surrounding systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.
