Job summary

SEB group in Solna kommun is seeking a manager for the CRM Application Development team to lead CRM capabilities across multiple markets. This role involves overseeing a team of CRM Developers and Java Developers across Sweden and Germany and managing IT asset ownership.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a technical understanding of CRM applications. This position offers the opportunity to influence engineering practices during a significant organizational change journey.

We are now looking for a manager for the CRM Application Development team, to lead a critical part of this transformation: shaping the CRM capabilities across multiple markets. About the role

Asmanager oftheCRM ApplicationDevelopmentteam,you will bean EngineeringTeamManageraccountableforthe IT Assets, peopleandengineering practicesconnected toourCRMapplications.Your mission is to lead a team ofCRM Developers, Java Developers and Business expertsbased in Germany and Sweden,andtoensure robustITasset ownership(including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability).You will report to Head ofChannels&CRMEngineering.

Your responsibility in summary

• Responsible for leading a line team of around 15 people (CRM Developers, Java Developers and Business experts who work in several different agile teams)
• Cross-geography responsibility with staff in Sweden and Germany
• Accountability of IT Assets connected to CRM capabilities
• Responsible for ensuring modern engineering practices aligned with SEB ways of working
• Be representative of your IT Assets within the CRM parts of the SEB Kort Cardagile domain
