Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Sweden seeks an experienced Business/IT Consultant to lead service transformations and SAP-driven process design. You will own end-to-end service process mapping, drive workshops, and coordinate with architecture and delivery teams across global rollouts.

Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in business consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation.
- Proven experience in commercial excellence and customer experience strategy.
- Experience across B2B, B2B2C, B2C and D2C models.
- Hands-on SAP delivery across Service and Marketing/Service landscapes.
- Graduate degree in Business or related field; strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service solution stream across advisory and delivery engagements.
- Map end-to-end business processes (L1 to L4) and align to SAP.
- Chair fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate needs into requirements.
- Collaborate with solutioning, architecture and delivery teams for design.
- Guide UI/UX teams through blueprinting, design, testing and rollouts.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and PoC demos.
