Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior Business Consultant to drive the SAP Sales stream across advisory and delivery engagements. You will own end-to-end Sales process mapping and align designs to SAP solutions, guiding workshops and collaboration with architecture and delivery teams to enable global rollouts.

Ideal candidates bring 8–15 years of experience in large-scale transformations, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in B2B/B2C and cross-functional CRM integrations

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end sales process mapping (L1–L4) in large enterprises.
• Strong SAP domain expertise across Sales, Marketing, Service.
• Experience with CRM, SFA, ERP, CPQ, and OMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales solution stream across advisory and delivery engagements from strategy through rollout.
• Own end-to-end business process mapping for Sales processes and align to SAP solutions.
• Lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements.
