You will upsell, coordinate with logistics, and build lasting relationships across the EU, UK, and other markets while working independently in a fast‑growing, international team.

Fluency in English is essential, and prior customer‑facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management or sales).
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus due to international client base.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics and order processes.
• Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
