Job description

Help Nordic teams get more out of Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.

As an Atlassian Consultant, you’ll lead projects, advise clients and help organizations across the Nordics improve the way they collaborate and manage their work.

You’ll work closely with customers, understand their challenges and turn them into practical solutions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys consulting and working directly with customers. Your consulting experience doesn’t necessarily have to come from the Atlassian world. What matters is that you know how to guide customers through technical topics, understand their needs and help them find solutions that work for them.

Who will I be working with?

Seibert Solutions Denmark is an Atlassian Solution Partner based in Copenhagen and part of the Seibert Group family. With around 400 employees and headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany, Seibert is one of the leading Atlassian partners worldwide.

We help organizations across the Nordics make better use of Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management. Our work ranges from implementations and cloud migrations to platform governance and AI supported workflows.

You’ll join a small Nordic team with short decision making paths and lots of direct contact with customers. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Seibert Group and have plenty of room to shape your projects and the way you work.

As an Atlassian Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your projects from the first conversation and workshop through to go live and beyond. You’ll work with customers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and help them improve their ways of working with Atlassian.

This is a remote first position. You can be based in Sweden, Norway or the Copenhagen area. If you live close to Copenhagen, you’re also welcome to use our office whenever you like. Some travel to customers across the Nordics will be part of the role.

Which tasks may I expect?

You’ll do more than configure Atlassian tools. You’ll understand what our clients are trying to achieve, challenge requirements where needed and help them find solutions that fit their organization.

  • Lead projects independently: You’ll implement Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management, handle migrations such as on premises to Cloud, Server to Data Center or site merges, and take responsibility for complex projects with different stakeholders.
  • Advise customers: You’ll understand customer needs, design solutions based on best practices and advise on topics such as platform setup, licensing and infrastructure.
  • Run workshops: You’ll prepare and facilitate workshops, bring different perspectives together and help customers turn their requirements into concrete solutions.
  • Guide customers through change: You’ll help teams understand new ways of working and make sure solutions are not only technically sound but also work in practice.
  • Keep projects on track: You’ll keep an eye on scope, budget and timelines and communicate openly with customers when priorities or requirements change.
  • Spot opportunities: As you work with customers, you’ll recognize where additional solutions or services could be useful and share these opportunities with our sales team.
Which skills and strengths will I contribute to the team?
  • Consulting experience: You have experience working as a consultant and enjoy working directly with customers on technical topics. Your consulting background can be in Atlassian or another technical field. What matters is that you know how to understand customer needs, advise them and guide them towards a solution.
  • Atlassian expertise: You have solid hands on experience with Jira and Confluence, ideally also Jira Service Management, and understand different deployment options such as Cloud, Data Center and Server.
  • Project experience: You have independently delivered complex projects from kickoff through to go live, including implementations or migrations.
  • Workshop and moderation skills: You can bring different stakeholder perspectives together, work through conflicting requirements and help a group reach a decision.
  • Communication skills: You explain technical topics clearly, listen carefully to what customers need and stay calm when things get difficult.
  • Commercial awareness: You understand the importance of scope, budget and timelines and take responsibility for keeping projects on track.
  • Languages: You speak Danish, Swedish or Norwegian at native level and feel comfortable working directly with customers in the Nordics. Professional English is required for working with our international team.
  • Certifications: Atlassian certifications are a plus. If you don’t have them yet, we expect you to be willing to work towards them during your first months.
  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience. A completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
What does Seibert offer me?
  • Work life balance: Flexible working hours, clear overtime regulations and the option to work from home.
  • Equipment & support: We provide everything you need to get started, including a MacBook, iPhone and home office equipment, as well as support from an experienced international team.
  • Professional development: Together, we’ll look at what will help you grow in your role, including opportunities to work towards Atlassian certifications.
  • Trust & responsibility: We give you the freedom to take ownership of your work, contribute your ideas and shape things together with your team.
Practical information
  • Location: Remote first in Sweden, Norway or the Copenhagen area. Our Copenhagen office is available if you’re nearby.
  • Start: As soon as we find the right person.
  • Salary: €52,000 to €61,000 gross per year.
