I’m working with a small Swedish technology consultancy looking for a Software engineer to build and deliver solutions for customers.

Strong software engineering experience is the priority. You don’t need to be an AWS expert—some cloud exposure and a willingness to learn can be enough. Your programming language matters less than your understanding of software engineering and your ability to explain problems you’ve solved.

What you’ll be doing

• Working hands-on with backend development and cloud deployment.
• Delivering solutions alongside customer teams, understanding their needs and contributing technical advice.

Swedish proficiency is essential—meetings and documentation are in Swedish, although native fluency isn’t required.

Client travel is part of the role.

Start date as soon as possible.

• SEK 15,000 annual personal development budget.

The interview process includes a culture interview with engineers, a technical interview, and a final leadership discussion. The aim is to complete the process within three weeks of the first call.
