Job summary

Eficode is seeking an Atlassian Consultant to design, implement, and customize Atlassian solutions across Jira, Confluence, and JSM in a hybrid Sweden-based role. You will lead migrations, integrations, and automation efforts, while mentoring colleagues and delivering customer-focused technical guidance.

Responsibilities include hands-on delivery, data migrations, and SDLC modernization through AI-assisted workflows and platform engineering best practices within modern DevOps ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical experience with the Atlassian platform (Data Center and Cloud)
• Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise environments, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations within modern DevOps ecosystems
• Solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering principles
• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development and intelligent automation
• Familiarity with Agile and ITSM concepts and tools
• Knowledge of ITSM and/or Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Location: Sweden (you must be physically residing in Sweden) with a flexible hybrid/remote setup

Location

This role will be based in Sweden with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmo, requiring at least two days a week in the office.
