Job summary

Communardo in Sweden seeks an experienced Atlassian Transformation Consultant to guide customers through cloud migrations, platform consolidation, and strategic decision-making. You will assess Jira and Confluence environments, lead workshops, map roadmaps, and ensure value after go-live by aligning technology with business goals.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with collaboration across Nordics and Europe to shape the future platform and work methods, including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Solid experience with the Atlassian platform, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Atlassian migrations, Cloud transformations or platform consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center-to-Cloud and/or Cloud-to-Cloud migration scenarios.
• The ability to understand technical dependencies without losing sight of the customer's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers through their transformation journey — from assessment and roadmap through migration, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Advise customers on Cloud transformation and migration strategy.
• Assess existing Jira, Confluence and Atlassian environments and identify risks, dependencies and opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, assessments and transformation workshops.
• Plan and support migrations from Server or Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Plan and execute Cloud-to-Cloud migrations and harmonisation of Atlassian environments.
• Advise on apps, integrations, identity, security, governance and operating models.
• Help customers make decisions and trade-offs through complex transformations.
• Ensure the new platform creates real value after go-live.

Your Mission

• You will work with customers throughout their transformation journey — from early assessment and roadmap through migration, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Advise customers on Cloud transformation and migration strategy.
• Assess existing Jira, Confluence and Atlassian environments and identify risks, dependencies and opportunities.
• Help customers define their future-state platform rather than simply replicate what they already have.
• Lead discovery sessions, assessments and transformation workshops.
• Plan and support migrations from Server or Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Plan and execute Cloud-to-Cloud migrations, including consolidation, separation and harmonisation of Atlassian environments.
• Support transformation scenarios driven by growth, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on apps, integrations, identity, security, governance and operating models.
• Help customers make decisions and trade-offs through out complex transformations.
• Ensure the new platform creates real value after go-live — not just a cleaner version of the oldone.
• Help customers understand how Atlassian's AI capabilities, including Rovo, can become a natural part of how their teams work smarter going forward — humans and AI as a genuine system, not a separate initiative.
• Depending on your background, you may lead larger transformation programmes or act as the senior advisor connecting technical delivery with customer strategy.

Your Profile

• Solid experience with the Atlassian platform, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Atlassian migrations, Cloud transformations or platform consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center-to-Cloud and/or Cloud-to-Cloud migration scenarios.
• The ability to understand technical dependencies without losing sight of the customer's business objectives.
• Confidence leading workshops and guiding stakeholders through decisions.
• A pragmatic mindset — you know when to preserve, when to improve and when to leave the old way behind.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, Assets, Marketplace apps, integrations, identity, security, Guard, automation, governance or enterprise architecture is highly valuable.
• Atlassian certifications are welcome, but experience navigating real-world transformations matters more.
