Job summary

A global engineering company is seeking a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee project activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic for A Project Manager will plan, directs and coordinates the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. the primary objectives for Project Manager role are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
  • Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure professional stakeholder management.
  • Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project.
  • Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams!
  • Managing project deliverables in line with project plan.
  • Ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control.
  • Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance.
  • Ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer.
  • Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions.
  • Accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management (capitalizing on change order opportunities).
  • Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance as well as project closing activities.
  • Maintain master action log and lessons learned document.
  • Plans and ensures sufficient project resourcing and competences.
  • Manages and leads the full chain project team.
  • Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. Ensures following of KONE's and Customer’s safety and security policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Management role.
  • Experience in Elevator and escalator industry ( Highrise).
  • Fluent level of English; Arabic language is advantage to have
  • Excellent collaboration skills and capability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiatives.
  • PMI or similar certificate is a plus.
