Role and Responsibilities

This role centers on expanding our rental and supply business by winning new clients and with current ones. You’ll drive territory growth, coordinate with operations to fulfill contracts, and ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction. You’ll navigate vendor registrations, tenders, and proposals with technical and commercial precision.

  • Generate new business through market visits and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely invoicing and collections
  • Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and accounts to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track and analyze market needs, competitor actions, and revenue performance
  • Ensure clients comply with payment terms and support accounts in resolving disputes
A Day in the Life

You start your morning around 8:00 AM with a quick check-in with your sales support team to review pending quotations and finalized proposals. By 9:30 AM, you're visiting a major industrial client in Dammam to discuss fleet availability for an upcoming shutdown project. You then head to a new lead near Jubail a construction company interested in diesel generator rentals for a remote site.

Back in the office by 1:00 PM, you collaborate with the operations manager, Hassan, and logistics coordinator, Abdullah, to confirm equipment dispatches and address a late delivery. After lunch, you prepare client balance updates with the finance team and follow up on a pending payment. At 4:00 PM, you join a vendor onboarding meeting with the regional manager to register Enerco for a public sector tender. You end the day inputting your site visit reports into the ERP and checking your targets for the week.

Who You Are

You’re a relationship-driven sales leader with strong technical understanding and a track record in the power equipment rental or related industry.

  • 5–14 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in generator rentals
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems and tender documentation
  • Able to travel across the Eastern Province and relocate as needed
