Job summary

GUTHMI Group is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our main warehouses in Jeddah. You will manage inventory levels, ensure efficient flow of goods, and lead a team to uphold safety and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field and 5+ years in warehouse management, with strong leadership and proficiency in WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and shipping.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Lead, train and motivate warehouse staff while ensuring safety compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation and delivery.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate improvement reports.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role more than five years.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
