Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer to manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations and minimize risks. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts, monitoring performance, supporting negotiations, and providing guidance on contract matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage various types of contracts including FIDIC contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and administer changes, variations, and claims.
- Work closely with project teams to develop contract documentation.
- Support negotiations and dispute resolutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractors during procurement.
- Provide guidance on contract matters across disciplines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation.
- Generate regular reports on contract status for management.
- Participate in project meetings with stakeholders regarding contracts.
On Behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Engineer for a renowned client in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations while minimizing risks.
