Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Chief Commercial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client is a healthcare group operating multiple hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers across Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking highly experienced Chief Commercial Officers with a minimum of 20 years of leadership experience in C-level and corporate strategy roles within large healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, marketing, business development, and patient engagement, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategic vision.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, to achieve business objectives and enhance market position.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand reach, and build strategic partnerships.
• Oversee sales and marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction to improve loyalty and growth.
• Lead business development efforts, including securing new partnerships and contracts.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and lead a high-performing commercial team with coaching and mentoring.

• Salary: SAR 100,000 per month plus family benefits.
