Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role will focus on HR administration, employee relations, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives in a semi-government environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in line with organizational standards
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee data on HR systems and ensure confidentiality of records
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and relevant government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher where applicable)
  • Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to HR processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role (preferably within government or semi-government entities)
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
