This position holds responsibility for the financial and technical success of large-scale projects, typically less than $500 million in total installed cost. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling domestic and international projects in line with company policies and procedures.
The Sr. Project Manager serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and may oversee multiple smaller projects or serve as proposal manager for major projects. The position is independently accountable for a major profit/loss center.
Supervisory responsibilities include leading project personnel through subordinate leaders. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering and have at least 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of over 20 years, including several years at the Project Manager level.
