The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements within the LV Division, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and safe operations, while supporting continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.

Key Accountability Areas
Governance and Policy Implementation
  • Implement approved HSE policies, standards, and governance frameworks within the assigned scope of alfanar Electric
  • Ensure consistent application, monitoring, and adherence to HSE requirements across assigned operations and functions
  • Support the maintenance of governance mechanisms by providing operational inputs and compliance feedback
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, relevant international standards, and contractual HSE requirements within the assigned scope
  • Coordinate and support regulatory inspections, audits, certifications, and formal HSE engagements
  • Ensure timely implementation of regulatory findings and corrective actions
Risk Management
  • Oversee the execution of HSE risk assessments across assigned operational activities
  • Ensure identified risks are evaluated, controlled, and managed in line with approved risk criteria
  • Support the implementation, testing, and validation of emergency preparedness and response arrangements
Incident Management
  • Review incidents, near misses, and high-risk events within the assigned scope
  • Ensure incidents are investigated, documented, and corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked to closure
  • Escalate significant incidents and systemic issues in line with approved reporting protocols
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor HSE performance indicators and targets within the assigned scope
  • Consolidate and analyze HSE performance data and submit reports to management
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on performance trends, audit results, and risk findings
Training and Capability Development
  • Implement approved HSE competency requirements and role‑specific training within the assigned section
  • Support delivery of HSE training, awareness, and safety leadership initiatives
  • Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership, engagement, and compliance reinforcement
Environmental Management
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal environmental requirements within the assigned scope
  • Monitor environmental aspects including waste management, emissions, and resource utilization
  • Support implementation of environmental controls, monitoring programs, and corrective actions
