A technology company in Riyadh is seeking a Legal Specialist to provide expert legal advice, manage compliance, and handle day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Law and proven experience in legal roles. Strong analytical, communication skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic are required. The position involves conducting legal research and maintaining regulatory databases, ensuring organizational compliance with legal requirements.

Education
As a Legal Specialist with Quant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and professional support on legal analysis, legal documents, and court matters and performing the day-to-day legal work streams with timely and effective deliverables.
- Conduct legal research and summarizing research when requested so that relevant data and information is available in a timely and easy-to-use manner, to facilitate resolving legal matters.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all relevant laws and regulations to provide a convenient source of reference to the organization.
- Handling renewal of corporate licenses and other authorizations.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to internal stakeholders.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents such as contracts, agreements etc.
- Assist with updating company contracts, such as employment contracts, service contracts, etc.
- Handles the day-to-day legal operations.
- Coordinating and preparing administrative reports as required.
- Liaise with law firms and partners to perform a variety of legal requirements of the company.
- Ensure implementation of legal compliance requirements as per government standards and laws.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal roles.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of legal processes, including contract review, legal research, and document preparation.
