Job description

We are hiring skilled, reliable baristas to join our team for a major 10-day food and beverage event in Riyadh. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and requires baristas who can handle high‑volume service while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and great customer interaction. You will be working with a specialty matcha and drinks concept, preparing a variety of beverages to a high standard and supporting smooth daily operations throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of matcha‑based drinks and other beverages according to our recipes.
• Operate the bar station efficiently during peak hours with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
• Ensure consistent drink quality, proper portioning, and proper use of equipment.
• Support prep tasks such as batching ingredients, restocking items, and organizing supplies.
• Assist the team with setup before the event starts and closing duties at the end of each day.
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service aligned with the brand’s standards.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations throughout the shift.

Contract Details

• Location: Riyadh
• Duration: 10 days
• Dates: 27 November – 6 December
• Schedule: Full‑day shifts (exact hours to be shared upon selection)
• Compensation: Very competitive daily/hourly rate (to be discussed during interview)
• Working Environment: High footfall, high pressure, fast service pace
