Data and Analytics experts perform exploratory data analysis and visualizations to better understand data. Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, and other analytical tasks.

• Engage with business units to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in data integrations and data modeling.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.

10+ years of related experience, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery sectors.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and determine best course of action.
• Experience with data management and reporting in analytics portfolios.
• Proven ability to apply modern data management techniques and tools in large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to build effective relationships to ensure delivery plans are met.
• Adaptability to trends and openness to new ideas.
• Expertise in data analytics tools (ETL, Cloud, BI, Python, SQL).
• Understanding of Data Strategy and Governance.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between business and ICT departments.
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Self-motivated with good prioritization and time management skills.
