Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. The role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in Finance and SCM, and at least 5 years of industry experience. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with remote collaboration. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Hands‑on experience in configuration, personalization, and setup tasks within Fusion.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.

Job description
Role Summary

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials). The consultant ensures seamless system performance, process optimization, integration with other systems, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Configure modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or HCM.
  • Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, configurations, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting.
  • Provide user training and ongoing application support.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HR.
  • Hands‑on experience in configuration, personalization, and setup tasks within Fusion.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.
  • Understanding of multi‑currency, multi‑entity, and approval workflow setups.
  • Experience with period close processes, audit, and internal controls.
Technical Tools
  • Oracle Cloud Configuration Workbench
  • OIC, SOAP/REST APIs, Apex (optional)
  • BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View
  • Basic SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting
