Job summary

Manpower Resources India is seeking a responsible Yard Supervisor cum Document Controller to oversee daily yard operations, manage material movement, and maintain inventory records using SAP and computer-based systems in our Saudi Arabia facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, attention to detail, and experience in material documentation. Freshers with B.Sc. or Diploma holders with SAP knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Graduates (Freshers) may apply if they possess good computer skills and basic documentation knowledge.
• B.Sc. Graduates (Experienced) require minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with hands-on SAP experience.
• Diploma Holders may apply with SAP knowledge and good computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily yard operations, including material receipt, storage, identification, handling, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock, and inward and outward transactions.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain delivery challans, material receipts, gate passes, and other relevant documents.
• Enter, update, and monitor material and inventory records in SAP.
• Coordinate with Stores, Logistics, Production, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth yard operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and retrieval of records.
• Monitor material availability and assist in stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of all records and reports.
• Follow company procedures, housekeeping standards, and safety guidelines within the yard.
