Job summary

Haji Hussein Alireza & Co., Ltd. in Jeddah is seeking a workshop supervisor to oversee technicians, assign tasks via job cards, and ensure repairs are completed on time.

You will monitor staff utilization, track performance metrics, handle invoicing confirmations, and coordinate with cashier, credit, warranty, and quality check teams to ensure smooth vehicle release and orderly workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in the relevant field is required.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good command of both English and Arabic languages.
• Preferably a Saudi national.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Distribute work to workshop technicians based on job cards and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Manage and monitor workshop staff's work utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor workshop technician's efficiency and record key performance indicators.
• Process and print repair invoices after necessary confirmations.
• Coordinate with cashier, credit department, and warranty for repair processes.
• Coordinate with Quality check section for final vehicle checks before release.
• Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments.
• Record and analyze timekeeping on job cards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop surroundings.
