Mirai Arabian International Company Limited is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Manager to enhance employee experience and productivity. The role includes overseeing facilities operations, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–8 years of experience. Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills are essential.

The Workplace & Facilities Manager is responsible for building and operating a modern, efficient, and engaging workplace environment that supports employee experience, productivity, and company culture. This role combines facilities operations, workplace strategy, hospitality, and project delivery with a strong focus on ownership, cross‑functional coordination, and execution.
Workplace Experience, Culture & Modern Hospitality: Design and lead a modern workplace experience aligned with Mirai and Scopely standards, develop scalable, efficient, experience‑driven hospitality and soft services, translate workplace culture into concrete services and daily practices, challenge outdated habits, introduce self‑service, efficient, and sustainable solutions, partner with HR and leadership to support employee experience, onboarding, and internal events, ensure the workplace reflects a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing environment.
Facilities Operations, Improvements & Projects: Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of all office spaces (24F, 26F and future expansions), oversee Hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems) and Soft FM services, lead snagging follow‑up, post‑handover corrections, continuous workplace improvements, identify and implement enhancements to optimize space, usability, and employee experience, manage minor upgrades, reconfigurations and future workplace projects, ensure all spaces remain fully operational, safe and aligned with company standards.
Workplace Security, Safety & Compliance: Lead all aspects of physical security and workplace safety, oversee access control, CCTV systems, visitor management and incident response, ensure full compliance with Civil Defense, municipality and safety regulations, organize and monitor fire drills, evacuation procedures and emergency readiness, coordinate inspections, audits and certifications with relevant authorities, act as the main point of contact for landlord and authorities on safety and compliance topics.
Vendor & Contract Management: Own all workplace‑related vendors and contracts (SLAs, KPIs, performance tracking), negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency, conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Travel & Accommodation Management: Oversee flight and accommodation arrangements for employees, visitors and new joiners, coordinate with travel agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, monitor cost, quality and employee experience, define and maintain clear processes and guidelines.
Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and manage workplace and facilities budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), track expenses and identify optimisation opportunities, ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Sustainability & Green Initiatives: Lead workplace sustainability initiatives aligned with Mirai’s long‑term vision, implement actions to reduce environmental impact (e.g., reducing bottled water usage, improving waste management, energy efficiency), promote sustainable workplace habits across employees, work with vendors to introduce more eco‑friendly solutions and services, track and report on sustainability initiatives and progress.
Workplace Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Build and structure the Workplace function for scalability, implement tools, trackers and reporting systems for better visibility, drive initiatives related to sustainability, efficiency and workplace innovation, prepare for future integration with ERP and digital tools.
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Ownership: Act as the owner of all workplace‑related topics, ensure full visibility and end‑to‑end resolution, facilitate solutions across departments (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance), take ownership of workplace engagement activities and services (e.g., catering, internal events, employee moments), coordinate closely with the Communications team to align on engagement initiatives, messaging and calendar, support HR and teams in the organization of training and workshops, ensure all workplace‑related activities are well‑structured, anticipated and not managed reactively, provide clear communication and direction, avoid unnecessary escalation or transfer of responsibility.
