AimGulf, a Saudi-headquartered firm, seeks a White Label Director to steer the private-label business across retail and e-commerce. You’ll own product development, supplier sourcing, and strategic market expansion to drive growth.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to optimize product positioning and profitability. A senior role requiring extensive experience in private label and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in private/white label, product development, or category management.
• Proven leadership in managing product portfolios and supplier relationships.
• Experience in sourcing, OEM/ODM negotiations, costing and margin management.
• Successful track record launching and scaling private-label products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute white-label and private-label strategy.
• Identify market gaps and new product development opportunities.
• Source and negotiate with manufacturers (OEM/ODM) locally and internationally.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Manage supplier relationships, MOQs, lead times, and terms.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, packaging standards, and certifications.
• Develop pricing, cost structures, margins, and profitability forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce on product positioning and launches.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead the white-label team and manage budgets and KPIs.
