Wedding Planner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings, from budget planning to venue selection and vendor management.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Create detailed plans for the wedding day, including timelines and checklists
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day
- Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during the event
- Ensure that all details are executed according to the client's expectations
- Manage budgets and ensure that all expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience working in Jeddah or Saudi Arabia is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
