Wedding planner vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultation with clients to the execution of the event on the big day. This is a contract position with English speaking requirements and preference for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and budget for the wedding
- Source and negotiate with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each wedding
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding including venue selection, menu planning, decor, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage any issues or changes that may arise during the planning process
- Oversee the execution of the wedding day, ensuring all details are carried out according to plan
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English is necessary; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus
- Must have a valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia
- Accommodation will not be provided
