Wedding Planner

A reputable wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial client meetings to the day-of execution. This includes budget management, vendor selection, event design and coordination, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Develop detailed event timelines and manage budgets
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Create event design concepts that align with clients' preferences
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of all services
- Oversee the day-of execution of the wedding, including setup, timeline management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to provide top-quality service to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in wedding planning or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
