Job summary

Schneider Electric in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth in the Water & Wastewater segment. You will lead strategic accounts, influence project specifications with consultants, and deliver high-value solution-selling across the full portfolio in a fast-moving market.

You will collaborate with Tender, Project Execution, Technical Support and Marketing to craft compelling proposals while leveraging market intelligence on mega-projects like NEOM and Red Sea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years in Water & Wastewater (WWW) in KSA.
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Schneider Electric’s WWW segment by promoting this portfolio.
• Manage strategic accounts including government water authorities, consultants and EPCs.
• Influence project specifications with engineering consultants and prescribe Schneider Electric solutions early in design.
• Collaborate with Tender, Project Execution, Tech Support and Marketing to craft winning proposals.
• Monitor market trends and mega-projects to identify new business opportunities.
