Job summary

MASA Water Treatment Plant seeks an Analyst II - Planning to support daily and monthly planning, maintenance scheduling, and resource coordination for the plant in Riyadh. You will ensure efficient operations through accurate planning and data-driven reporting.

You will monitor performance indicators, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and Engineering teams, and track maintenance activities within CMMS/SAP. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/CMMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of planning or operations support experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling preferred.
• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans for the water treatment plant.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Monitor plant performance indicators, operational efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems.
• Ensure availability of required manpower, materials, spare parts, and resources for scheduled activities.
• Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and emergency maintenance coordination.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, operational logs, and planning documentation.
• Assist in identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding planned activities and service schedules.
• Prepare KPI reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for management review.
