Job summary

MASA Water Treatment Plant is seeking an Analyst II – Planning to support daily and long-term operational planning, maintenance scheduling, and performance monitoring. The role coordinates with multiple teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities and optimal plant performance.

Responsibilities include data analysis, KPI reporting, and maintaining CMMS/SAP records while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of planning or operations support experience in water treatment or process industries preferred.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling is a plus.
• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans for the water treatment plant.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Monitor plant performance indicators and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support management decisions.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and resources for scheduled activities.
• Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and emergency maintenance coordination.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, and planning documents.
• Identify operational risks and areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.

The Analyst II – Planning is responsible for supporting operational planning, maintenance scheduling, resource coordination, and performance monitoring activities for the MASA Water Treatment Plant. The role ensures efficient plant operations through accurate planning, data analysis, preventive maintenance coordination, and reporting while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans for the water treatment plant.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Monitor plant performance indicators, operational efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems.
• Ensure availability of required manpower, materials, spare parts, and resources for scheduled activities.
• Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and emergency maintenance coordination.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, operational logs, and planning documentation.
• Assist in identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding planned activities and service schedules.
• Prepare KPI reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in planning or operations support within water treatment, utilities, industrial plants, or process industries.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling is preferred.
• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations and maintenance processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems preferred.
