Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Design Engineering Manager (Water) in Saudi Arabia to lead the design team for water and irrigation networks. You will coordinate technical deliverables, develop cost-effective pressurized systems, and review reports and specifications.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in engineering and 20+ years in infrastructure mega projects with irrigation design, plus excellent English communication and proficiency in WaterGEMS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 20+ years experience in infrastructure mega projects, irrigation network design.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan primary and secondary pressurized water networks.
• Serve as design team lead for water/irrigation networks.
• Compute water demands and requirements.
• Develop cost-effective, compliant network designs.
• Prepare site plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Review deliverables and design submissions.
• Provide support for other engineering activities as needed.
