Job summary

Basamh Group is seeking a skilled lead for outbound warehouse operations in Jeddah to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor, manage daily planning based on order volume, and coordinate closely with Inventory Management for inbound/outbound activities.

Diploma is required with a Bachelor's preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety, and security guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies for investigation.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.

Job Overview:

To lead and coordinate outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within warehouse capacity and operational constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labor for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety, and security guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller for investigation.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs, ensuring transparency and operational insights.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and ensure continuous development.
• Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
