Job summary

noon is expanding its logistics operations in the region and seeks a data-driven analyst to optimize warehouse performance. You will own KPI tracking, ERP reporting, and daily workflow coordination to improve efficiency and cost.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in e-commerce logistics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Python, BigQuery, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, BI tools, and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are fulfilled per quality and safety guidelines within target TAT.
• Define and track the most important warehouse KPIs.
• Shift management and KPI reporting to senior management.
• Demonstrate understanding of ERP functions to maximize output.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines and within TAT
• Determine, track and Drive most important warehouse KPIs to achieve company’s objective of performance and cost
• Shift Management and reporting of KPIs to senior management
• Demonstrate an understanding the ERP functions and report to maximize output and efficiency
• Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices
• Plan and assign daily work,
• Address performance issues and improving productivity on the floor
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant
• Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Excel, Big Query and Python; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Data Studio)
